DHMH Division of Drug Control
The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Division of Drug Control has increased inspections of nursing home to ensure that the nursing home has a current Controlled Dangerous Substance Registration as required by COMAR 10.19.03.03. Below is a checklist being used by DHMH for the CDS inspection as well as the Division of Drug Control's website where an application for registration can be downloaded. Cost of the registration is $120 for 2 years.
