Exhibitor Staff Registration

Exhibitors must register in two ways: 1) to reserve exhibit space, and 2) for people staffing the exhibit to attend the conference. To register for exhibit space, please go to www.LifeSpan-Network.org and click on “Exhibitor Prospectus” no later than April 15th, 2011. If cancellation of an exhibit registration is required, it must be requested in writing, postmarked by April 1. Please see the Exhibitor Prospectus for all rules governing exhibit space.
Each person staffing an exhibit booth must register to attend the conference. To register to attend the conference, please click on the “REGISTER” button at the bottom of this page. Registration for the first two exhibit staffers is complimentary; the third or additional staffer is $350/each. Payments may be made by check or credit card. If registering by check, please enclose a copy of the third or additional registration confirmation e-mails with the check.
If cancellation of the conference registration of a person staffing an exhibit is required, it must be received by April 1, 2011; Refunds will not be given if received or postmarked after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; exhibit staffers are encouraged to send a substitute staffer. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted.
