Customized Education
The Beacon Institute, having built a strong and positive reputation with our Maryland/DC provider communities, is widely recognized as a trusted training and educational organization with a successful track record. We have established an effective working relationship with respected trainers and instructors in key areas of senior care and with many other significant organizations, including the:

In 2006, we instituted our first customized education and training program with the Brooke Grove Foundation. We provided over 15 course selections there, including a clinical, leadership and regulatory curriculum. We trained all levels of staff and the program was evaluated as a success.
The Beacon Institute is skilled at identifying the educational needs of an organization, presenting a comprehensive plan of accredited programming and periodically reviewing the status of such programming with the leadership team of the participating organization. We look forward to creating many more successful customized education programs to help organizations obtain more effective and efficient operations and stronger staff and management teams.
