The Beacon Institute’s state-of-the-art conference center, The Handelman Conference Center, is available to outside groups for seminars, meetings and other conference needs. And because our Conference Center is much less expensive than hotel alternatives to serve your event needs, you can save hundreds of dollars while supporting a great organization!
The Beacon Institute offers daily rentals of our Handelman Conference Center in Columbia, MD. Whether you need classroom space for 10 or conference space for 70, we are a convenient and affordable resource. Our facility includes FREE audio/visual equipment and ample FREE parking. We can also offer recommendations for caterers and hotels in the area to meet your budget.
The Handelman Conference Center is conveniently located close to several major highways and byways including I-95 and I-295, as well as Routes 29 and 32, at:

Half-Day Programs: $450
