One of the most pressing issues in senior care today is front-line staff recruitment and retention. At the Beacon Institute, we are proud to do our part to help our member providers retain quality employees by presenting scholarships that enable individuals to continue their education and enhance the work they are doing. Thanks to the generous support of organizations such as Morgan-Keller, RSM McGladrey, Ziegler Capital Markets Group, The Brickman Group and Sodexho Senior Services, the Beacon Institute now provides scholarships at all levels of senior care – front-line staff, mid-level managers, and now, top-level executives.
