Through educational programs and implementation assistance, the Wellspring Program helps nursing homes establish strong foundations for culture change by:
- establishing a culture of caring in which residents are empowered to direct and participate in their care and staff is empowered to use their full talents.
- improving clinical competencies to assure services are based on best practices.
- creating a home for residents through modifications within the current environment.
