Congressional Briefing and Visits

LifeSpan was proud to participate in the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Congressional Briefing and Visits on June 9. It was a great day – we visited all 7 congressional offices on our schedule, got our steps in, had a great lunch together, and built lasting relationships!
We were pleased to meet with Rep. April McClain Delaney, Rep. Glenn Ivey , and Senator Chris Van Hollen personally, and to see Congressman Steny Hoyer and Rep. Andy Harris, M.D. in passing as well!
Thanks to our members and advocates who came to our Nation’s Capital on behalf of older adults in our state!
