Purpose of the Study:
The purpose of this study is to examine stories that show how healthcare workers understand trauma, describe traumatic experiences, and make sense of responses (theirs and others’) in their workplace to those experiences. The study seeks to understand how healthcare workers make sense of responses they encounter at work, including the unnamed tensions and struggles that arise.
