Recognize a Care Worker For A National Award

LifeSpan Network s excited to join forces with Ceca for Celebrating America’s Care Force, a national initiative that uses effective storytelling to highlight the invaluable contributions of care workers across the continuum of care—in skilled nursing centers, senior living communities, hospitals, rehab facilities, homecare and hospice organizations and more. We know that people are the backbone of the American care industry, but we must also acknowledge that caregivers provide critical services under challenging and often stressful conditions. Thus, Ceca believes deeply that caregivers’ contributions are worth honoring and that the industry is worth celebrating.
We are asking our members to join us in advancing the Initiative by distributing the call to your leadership teams, staff and cared-for community. Share stories of caring through Ceca’s Celebrating America’s Care Force initiative. As part of the effort, Ceca will be honoring select caregivers with awards of up to $2,500. The deadline to submit stories for consideration for this year’s awards is January 16, 2026. This year’s initiative is being powered by MemoryFox and sponsored by Holleran, OHCA and PHCA.
