Headmaster is Available for GNA Testing

On October 23, 2024, the BON approved Headmaster as an additional testing vendor to address shortages in available testing dates for the nursing assistant competency evaluation. This approval supports the Board’s goal of increasing testing capacity in Maryland as the State transitions to the new CNA-I designation, effective April 1, 2026.
Headmaster is now fully operational and providing GNA testing services for approved CNA/GNA Training Programs. In addition, Headmaster is offering remote instructor workshops to assist program coordinators and instructors in understanding the testing process and preparing candidates for testing.
