As part of Maryland’s Digital Services (MDDS) team, we are focused on helping modernize the Department of Health’s professional licensing system. Because of your role, you have a unique perspective on the challenges facing nursing professionals and organizations. Your insights will directly influence the design of the new workflows, ensuring they are transparent, efficient, and functional for your daily operations.
Interview Details
- Format: Virtual via Google Meet
- Duration: 45 – 60 minutes
- Scheduling: Weekdays between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Note: We may be able to accommodate weeknights from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

To respect your privacy, all interview notes and recordings will be stored securely. Any personally identifiable information (PII) will be anonymized for reporting purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may opt out at any time.
