LPN, Licensed Staff Nurse Full Time, Part Time all shifts is one of the main support providers to our residents. The position helps residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Programs through assessments and care planning, medication and treatment management, implementation and evaluation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life. Assist in supervising the medication program, activity in medication room and assisting the residents with self-administration of their medication. Keep records updated in the medication administrative files and resident files. Provide general nursing care to include, but not limited to, vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, fingerstick blood sugar check, and weights per regulatory guidelines. Assist in the completion of resident assessments and services plans. Assist in the training of assisted living staff and participates in orientation of new staff. As needed provide assistance as needed with bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living to include assisting in examinations and treatments. Act as a shift supervisor when appropriate or as directed.
